Karla Sofia Gascon, Guest of Honor of the 2nd Edition

Spanish actress Karla Sofía Gascón, winner of the Best Actress award at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival for her performance in Jacques Audiard's Emilia Pérez, has had a long career in Latin America and Spain. She has appeared in numerous films and TV series, including El señor de los cielos, which won the first International Emmy Award (for a foreign-language program). She has also worked with TVE, RAI, and the BBC.

She is the author of three books, including her autobiography Karsia. An Extraordinary Story.
