The future of Marguerite, a brilliant math student in one of the leading French universities, seems all mapped out. The only girl in her class, she is completing her thesis she must defend in front of a panel of researchers. On the big day, a mistake challenges all her convictions and her whole construct collapses. Marguerite decides to leave everything behind and start all over again.
Anna Novion’s third feature, after Les Grandes Personnes and Rendez-vous à Kiruna is an unusual romantic comedy set in the high-level mathematics environment that has rarely been seen in a film.
